Fromagerie des Grondines
Fromagerie Grondine produces artisanal cheeses made from organic raw cow's, goat's and sheep's milk. Producing fine matured cheeses, soft, semi-firm and firm, it offers local products, tasting and tours of their facilities.
Ferme Sangliers les Bois
It was in the spring of 2000 that the first meters of fencing were installed on the unused family land in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, in order to accommodate five young wild boars as part of a student project. Having been hooked on this particular breeding, we have continued to develop our agricultural business. Today, the farm accommodates 20 breeding sows and a hundred wild boars raised outdoors.

In the beautiful Estrie region, a passion was born, that of Olivier and his partner Miranda. They started growing microgreens in 2012 with just a little knowledge in this field. Today, in a family atmosphere, the company has several employees and more than thirty varieties of these super foods that are microgreens. Ferme Manche de Pelle has been on the map of the Bellechasse region for 15 years now. As with many agricultural businesses, each year is a new challenge and an adventure in itself. Being able to live off our land and having the chance to follow the flow of the seasons is an exceptional source of motivation for us. Growing vegetables, caring for a herd of cows and feeding our chickens is a source of pride.
